A vintage Grand Cru, taut and crystalline, aged for over 10 years in a bottle designed to preserve the essence.

The 2008 vintage is a confidential aging cuvée, designed from the outset to express the nobility of Grand Cru terroirs and the precision of demanding maturation. The blend, dominated by Chardonnay from Mesnil-sur-Oger and Chouilly, is complemented by Pinot Noir from Bouzy, bringing depth and indulgence.

Vinification is done in stainless steel tanks, with aging for 6 to 8 months: 40% in oak barrels and 60% in stainless steel tanks. The aging is extended by a minimum of 10 years on racks, in an exclusive bottle of the house: the "Tanagra" shape, designed to limit the wine's contact with the lees, slow down aromatic evolution, and preserve the wine.

The 2008 vintage, a year of tension and balance, finds remarkable expression here. The perfect condition of the grapes, the freshness of the year, and the return of the sun during harvest place this vintage in the lineage of great aging years like 1988, 1989, or 1990.

The Brut Nature dosage (0 g/L) highlights the precision of this cuvée, which is both rare, elegant, and vibrant. A beautiful expression of time, place, and intention.
