This Blanc de blancs Grand Cru is a champagne of freshness and minerality.

It combines the tension and minerality of the Chardonnays from Mesnil-sur-Oger with the roundness and amplitude provided by the terroirs of Chouilly and Cramant. The imprint of these exceptional terroirs is completed by the great finesse of the Chardonnays of Avize.
Malolactic fermentation was blocked for 50% of the wines making up this champagne in order to give it tension and energy.
This champagne has been aged between 4 and 5 years in the cellars of the House before being offered to you.
This Grand Cru without dosage highlights the expression of the chalky minerality of a Blanc de blancs champagne.
