The Brut-Nature "Chouilly" is a champagne with very elegant notes of citrus and minerals.

This champagne is made from grapes from one of the most emblematic villages of the Côte des Blancs. The wines of Chouilly have an inimitable finesse and elegance!
The purity of the Chouilly terroir has been preserved by maturing in stainless steel. This Brut-Nature champagne is an unclaimed vintage, only the wines of the year have been used.

The cellar master has chosen to block malolactic fermentation completely in order to bring out the tension and energy of the wine.
This Brut-Nature Grand Cru has been aged for 4 to 5 years in the cellars of the House before being offered to you. This ageing time has allowed the tension and natural generosity of Chouilly wines to be enhanced.

A Grand Cru de Chouilly with a perfect balance, which will be wonderful as an accompaniment to a dinner aperitif!
