This rosé de saignée signed Leclerc Mondet is a greedy and fruity champagne.
It is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes using the "saignée" technique, which consists of letting the grape juice macerate in contact with the skins.
Rare in champagne, this process brings aromas and a unique aromatic concentration to the wine as well as a deep pink colour.
For more maturity, this brut champagne (10 g/l) was aged in the cellar for 3 years.
It is therefore a very expressive and fruity rosé (cherry, redcurrant, grapefruit).
A real gourmet champagne with an excellent price-to-pleasure ratio!
To be enjoyed as an aperitif but also to accompany desserts, such as a fruit salad or a strawberry dish.
Aspect: lively colour, sustained by a beautiful luminosity, signalling the frankness of this rosé champagne.
Nose: open and fruity, with notes of cherry and redcurrant.
Palate: fresh attack, with notes of red fruit and citrus fruit (grapefruit).
Contains sulfites

Cédric and Fabien, the Leclerc Mondet brothers, are located in the Marne Valley, west of Épernay.
There, they cultivate the three main Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Since 2017, all of their Chardonnays (⅓ of the estate) are certified organic. The remainder of the estate is, meanwhile, being converted.
The Leclerc Mondet family produces champagnes with very expressive and fruity notes. But the real calling card of this family-run house is those unique notes of honey and lime blossom that can only be found in their wines!
