Comment

This vintage stands out for its freshness and finesse.

It is made from a blend of Pinot Noir (50%) and Chardonnay (50%).

It benefited from 5 years of cellar ageing before being offered to you for tasting.

This vintage by Leclerc Mondet is a brut champagne (10 g/l) that immediately stands out for its freshness and distinctive notes of beeswax and honey. On the palate, it is expressive and has great length.

A great vintage at a small price!

This champagne of character is ideal to accompany your gastronomic meals.

Aspect: intense yellow with a fine string of bubbles that testify to its long ageing.

Nose: notes of beeswax and honey very reminiscent of this cuvée.

Palate: the attack is very broad. We find the same aromatic range as on the nose. An expressive champagne with a long finish.

Contains sulfites

Leclerc Mondet Champagne in a few words

Cédric and Fabien, the Leclerc Mondet brothers, are located in the Marne Valley, west of Épernay.

There, they cultivate the three main Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Since 2017, all of their Chardonnays (⅓ of the estate) are certified organic. The remainder of the estate is, meanwhile, being converted.

The Leclerc Mondet family produces champagnes with very expressive and fruity notes. But the real calling card of this family-run house is those unique notes of honey and lime blossom that can only be found in their wines!
