This 2015 vintage stands out for its freshness and finesse.
It is made from a blend of Pinot Noir (50%) and Chardonnay (50%).
The 2015 vintage represents a very good year in Champagne, rated as a whole at 17/20. The Pinot Noir grapes in particular stand out with their maturity and superb concentration, which can be found in both Champagne and Burgundy. As for the Chardonnay, it is above all the mastery of the winegrower that ensures its quality. This year was particularly favourable to the organic Champagne growers or those transitioning (such as Leclerc Mondet), who produced promising wines!
It benefited from 5 years of cellar ageing before being offered to you for tasting.
This 2015 vintage by Leclerc Mondet is a brut champagne (10 g/l) that immediately stands out for its freshness and distinctive notes of beeswax and honey. On the palate, it is expressive and has great length.
A great vintage at a small price!
This champagne of character is ideal to accompany your gastronomic meals.
Aspect: intense yellow with a fine string of bubbles that testify to its long ageing.
Nose: notes of beeswax and honey very reminiscent of this cuvée.
Palate: the attack is very broad. We find the same aromatic range as on the nose. An expressive champagne with a long finish.
