A charming and generous Champagne where the roundness of Pinot Meunier meets the freshness of Chardonnay.

Brut Tradition by Champagne Jacques Sonnette stands out with a distinctive blend of 80% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay, quite different from the classic profiles usually found in the Marne Valley.

Crafted in the heart of its terroir, between Charly-sur-Marne and Crouttes-sur-Marne, this wine reflects the identity of a typical clay-limestone soil, where Meunier reveals its full fruity generosity, supported by the delicate freshness of Chardonnay. It is sure to win you over.

Produced using the traditional method, this cuvée is vinified in enamelled tanks, undergoes malolactic fermentation, and is aged for a minimum of 3 years on lees in the estate’s cellars.
The Brut dosage (around 9 g/L) perfects the balance between roundness and liveliness.

On the palate, Brut Tradition charms with its approachable profile, fruity notes and a subtle smoky touch.
This cuvée also stands out for its numerous awards. It’s ideal for those seeking expressive Champagne at a fair price.

Its originality lies in its unusual blend: the presence of Chardonnay paired with the aromatic richness of dominant Pinot Meunier gives it a truly unique identity.

Whether as an aperitif or alongside seafood, subtly spiced or even exotic dishes, this Champagne reveals its full versatility.
