The Prestige cuvée represents the pinnacle of Jacques Sonnette’s style. Crafted from a harmonious blend of the three Champagne grape varieties, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, it seeks the perfect balance between freshness, structure and finesse.
Pinot Meunier brings suppleness and generosity, Pinot Noir adds structure and depth, while Chardonnay refines the whole with tension and elegance. This complementarity results in a subtle, perfectly mastered champagne, seducing with its coherence and precision.
