A structured rosé Champagne, designed for fine dining tables.

The Bissextile cuvée from Champagne Dérot-Delugny embodies the estate’s most ambitious vision of rosé. Made from a blend of Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, completed with 14% red wine, this cuvée stands out for its complexity.

The red wine brings structure, depth and character. The blend is based on the 2018 and 2019 harvests, complemented by 50% reserve wines, ensuring maturity and stylistic continuity. After five years of ageing, the cuvée achieves a remarkable balance between power and elegance.

With Brut dosage, Bissextile retains generous amplitude while remaining precise. This is not a simple aperitif rosé, but a gastronomic Champagne designed to assert itself at the table alongside characterful dishes.

Based in Crouttes-sur-Marne, the Dérot-Delugny house has upheld demanding family expertise for generations, committed to highlighting the grape varieties of the Vallée de la Marne. The estate favours patient ageing and thoughtful blending, constantly seeking to express the relief and singularity of its parcels. With Bissextile, this approach reaches its peak: a rosé crafted with precision, faithful to the house’s artisanal identity.

A premium cuvée, expressive and assertive, intended for lovers of structured rosés and for moments when Champagne is expected to play a true role at the table.
