This champagne is only produced after exceptional years, those which produce grapes with aromas of a rare intensity. It is blended from Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
The wine obtained was aged 10 years on lates (compared to 2 years for the majority of champagnes) before being offered for tasting.
This Brut-Nature champagne, develops a rare bouquet, combining notes of candied fruit, honey and vanilla.
