Produced by the Bardiau House, this cuvee is made from 100% Pinot Noir vines aged for 34 years on average.

The result is a fruity and gourmet rosé champagne that will sublimate your rack of lamb with herbs, your veal carpaccio or your aperitif.

A 100% Pinot Noir blended rosé, where the deliciousness of the fruit is elegantly expressed on a frame aged by time.

This rosé blend champagne is the union of two old plots of Pinot Noir, hence its name "Trait d'Union"!

Produced by the Bardiau House, this cuvee is made from 100% Pinot Noir vines aged for 34 years on average. After an 8-month vinification on fine lees in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, the wine is aged for another 24 months on slats.

The result is a fruity and gourmet rosé champagne that will sublimate your rack of lamb with herbs, your veal carpaccio or your aperitif.

Champagne Bardiau

Bardiau Champagne is a family estate of 2.60 ha located in Verpillières sur Ource, in the south of the Côte des Bar.
This champagne family has been cultivating the vines for five generations. Jérémy Bardiau realized the singularity of his terroir in 2015 and started to vinify his grapes and create his own brand. This is how Champagne Bardiau was born, a modern Champagne House focused on excellence that values the diversity, quality and expression of its terroirs.
The vineyards of the estate, with their multiple terroirs, exposures and grape varieties, allow this artisan winemaker to produce wines of great complexity with an exceptional range of aromas.
