The Plénitude de Solemme cuvée is a champagne with a very long finish.

This organic champagne is vinified from the 3 main Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay (34%), Pinot Noir (33%) and Pinot Meunier (33%).

This extra-brut cuvée (5g/l) is blended from grapes exclusively from Premier Cru terroirs of the Montagne de Reims.

A true exception in Champagne, the Solemme family elaborates its cuvées using only the year's wines. Although not stated on the label, this cuvée is vinified from the 2019.

The Plénitude de Solemme champagne is a wine rich in aromas and of a great freshness. Its low sugar content (5g/l) makes it a convivial champagne that will please most. A champagne made for the aperitif!

Aspect: yellow with pale green reflections. Very nice effervescence, fine bubbles and a nice bead.

Nose: nice balance between fruity notes and freshness.

Palate: complex with a nice freshness, followed by a very nice length.

Champagne Solemme

This family estate is located in the Montagne de Reims terroir and has been practicing organic viticulture since 2010.

Olivier Langlais, the winemaker behind Solemme Champagne, advocates first and foremost simplicity and honesty in his wines. The vines are organically grown and treated using the even more demanding biodynamic methods.

A true exception in the Champagne region, this family house makes its wines using only the year's wines. Solemme champagnes are wines of character with no added sugar to fully express the aromas of each vintage!
