The magnum format is ideal to keep this champagne for a few more years! We recommend you put it in the refrigerator 6 hours in advance and wait 15 minutes before serving it.

The Ambre de Solemme cuvée is a sharp and greedy champagne.

This blanc de noirs champagne (white wine made from red grapes) is made from Pinot Meunier.

A rare fact in Champagne, this cuvée is vinified from a single plot of land. This plot is located on a terroir classified as Premier Cru, in the process of being converted to organic viticulture. A true exception in Champagne, the Solemme family elaborates its cuvées using only the year's wines.

Although not stated on the label, this cuvée is made from the 2018 vintage.

Our winemaker has chosen not to add sugar to this champagne so the grape variety can express all its aromas.

The result is a naturally tonic and greedy brut champagne. The absence of dosage also gives it an unusual freshness for a 100% Meunier champagne.

Recognised by the greatest guides and awarded medals in demanding competitions, this gastronomic cuvée is a nugget of the Champagne region.

The Solemme house signs here a frank champagne which will surprise the palate. To be enjoyed as an aperitif or with more refined dishes!

Aspect: naturally amber and very original for a champagne. It is to this particularity that this cuvée owes its name.

Nose: naturally greedy and rich.

Palate: a nice acidity that balances the aromas of red fruits and flowers. the harmony in the mouth will evolve during the tasting to better surprise you.

Champagne Solemme

This family estate is located in the Montagne de Reims terroir and has been practicing organic viticulture since 2010.

Olivier Langlais, the winemaker behind Solemme Champagne, advocates first and foremost simplicity and honesty in his wines. The vines are organically grown and treated using the even more demanding biodynamic methods.

A true exception in the Champagne region, this family house makes its wines using only the year's wines. Solemme champagnes are wines of character with no added sugar to fully express the aromas of each vintage!
