Champagne Solemme - Vintage 2018 Premier Cru (Jéroboam)

The Nature de Solemme cuvée is a fine and fresh champagne.
This blanc de blancs is vinified from Premier Cru Chardonnays from the Montagne de Reims. This organic champagne was blended with no added sugar to let the Chardonnay fully express itself.
A true exception in Champagne, the Solemme family makes its cuvées using only the year's wines. Although not stated on the label, this cuvée is made from the 2018 vintage.
The result is a brut natural champagne reflecting its year: sharp, dynamic, and yet with great finesse. This is an elegant wine and a real nugget of the Champagne terroir where the Chardonnay is naturally sublimated!
This gastronomic cuvée, recognized by the greatest guides and awarded medals in demanding competitions, is a sure value for your aperitifs as well as for your gastronomic meals!
Aspect: yellow with pale green reflections. Very nice effervescence, fine bubbles and a nice bead.
Nose: notes of toasted brioche.
Palate: aromas of young white plum and peach.

This family estate is located in the Montagne de Reims terroir and has been practicing organic viticulture since 2010.
Olivier Langlais, the winemaker behind Solemme Champagne, advocates first and foremost simplicity and honesty in his wines. The vines are organically grown and treated using the even more demanding biodynamic methods.
A true exception in the Champagne region, this family house makes its wines using only the year's wines. Solemme champagnes are wines of character with no added sugar to fully express the aromas of each vintage!
