The Esprit de Solemme 2019 cuvée is a fine and delicate champagne.

This organic champagne is vinified from the 3 main Champagne grape varieties which are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. These grapes come from Premier Cru parcels of the Montagne de Reims.
This cuvée was blended without adding sugar to allow the 3 grape varieties to express all their aromas.

A real exception in Champagne, the Solemme family elaborates its cuvées using only the year's wines. Although not stated on the label, the Esprit de Solemme cuvée is from the 2019 vintage, the most beautiful seen in Champagne in the past 30 years (rated 19/20)!
This is a balanced wine, a perfect union between the freshness of Chardonnay, the power of Pinot Noir and the delicacy of Meunier.
This fine and delicate champagne will win you over with its fresh finish.

Champagne Solemme

This family estate is located in the Montagne de Reims terroir and has been practicing organic viticulture since 2010.

Olivier Langlais, the winemaker behind Solemme Champagne, advocates first and foremost simplicity and honesty in his wines. The vines are organically grown and treated using the even more demanding biodynamic methods.


A true exception in the Champagne region, this family house makes its wines using only the year's wines. Solemme champagnes are wines of character with no added sugar to fully express the aromas of each vintage!
