Except for Christine, who have taken the challenge to present a 2017 vintage. A quite provocative assembly for a grape variety long relegated to the background in favor of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Yet, cuvées such as La Provocante are the ones that help changing opinion. It's a champagne with character, marked by ripe fruits and a dense mouthfeel.
