Finding champagnes crafted from a single grape variety is rare. Hence, finding three single-varietal wines vinified by the same winemaker is nearly impossible! But that was before Christine Piot-Sévillano came into the picture, offering each of Champagne's major grape varieties in three bottles united in this set.

You'll discover:
1 bottle (75 cl) La Provocante: a 100% Pinot Meunier. The most widespread grape in the Vallée de la Marne, though rarely vinified on its own, Pinot Meunier gives birth to a powerful and fruity champagne here.
1 bottle (75 cl) La Rebelle: a 100% Chardonnay Blanc de blancs champagne. Arguably the most renowned grape of Champagne, Chardonnay from the Vallée de la Marne produces a rounded, floral, and mineral wine in this case.
1 bottle (75 cl) L'Impertinente: a 100% Pinot Noir. More often associated with Burgundy, Pinot Noir produces an elegant and fruity champagne in this instance.

These long-aging champagnes (minimum 6 years of aging in our winemaker's cellar) are ready to be enjoyed from today. Their Brut dosage makes them accessible to all champagne enthusiasts in search of new food and wine pairings, or simply to be shared as an aperitif.
