Adhering to his high standards, our winemaker only utilizes the heart of the cuvée, the finest juices from pressing, for vinification. And the result is undeniable for this 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru. The champagne unveils itself as long and consistent on the palate, with remarkable aromatic complexity while maintaining the characteristic freshness of a Blanc de blancs.
