The grand cru champagne of the Prestige Pierson Cuvelier is a « blanc de noirs » champagne. It is marked by its minerality and pleasant roundness.
It is 100% Pinot Noir from the Grand Cru villages of Ambonnay, Bouzy, Louvois and Aÿ. The unique know-how of the Pierson Cuvelier House gives this Prestige champagne cuvee its full power and vinosity.
This grand cru champagne is obtained exclusively from the heart of the cuvee from 3 different years.
It is aged for 4 years in the cellar, which gives it power and elegance.

History of the Pierson Cuvelier champagne
History of the Pierson Cuvelier champagne. Founded in 1901, the Pierson Cuvelier House can be found in the heart of the Reims mountains. Located in the Louvois village for more than a century, the House has a vineyard of about ten hectares spread over twelve communes.
With grapes classified as grand cru and premier cru, the Pierson vineyard allows them to produce about 100,000 bottles per year.
The Pierson Cuvelier House produces its blends according to a recipe handed down from generation to generation.
Maturing its wines in temperature-controlled vats and barrels, the Pierson Cuvelier champagne, made from the heart of the cuvee, combines technique, modernism and traditional heritage to deliver all the promises of a great champagne.
