The traditional Pierson Cuvelier cuvee comes from the 2015, 2016 and 2017 harvests, with a high proportion of Pinot Noir (85%), supplemented by Chardonnay (15%) giving it power and harmony.
The Tradition Pierson Cuvelier cuvee is aged in the cellar for 3 years and is exclusively made from the heart of the cuvee.

Cette cuvée a fait sensation lors d'un anniversaire ! J'ai d'abord hésité avec un Jéroboam d'une grande maison, mais je ne regrette pas d'avoir fait confiance au savoir-faire vignerons. Champagne excellent, et pour un jéroboam grand cru prix très correct ! Livraison en 3 jours et colis bien protégé. Je recommande vivement.

Founded in 1901, the Pierson Cuvelier House can be found in the heart of the Reims mountains. Located in the Louvois village for more than a century, the House has a vineyard of about ten hectares spread over twelve communes.
With grapes classified as grand cru and premier cru, the Pierson vineyard allows them to produce about 100,000 bottles per year.
The Pierson Cuvelier House produces its blends according to a recipe handed down from generation to generation.
