Petit Meslier, an atypical grape variety par excellence, delivers here a salivating wine, with notes of mint, citrus and green tea. On the palate, it reveals great complexity, alternating sweet and warm touches. The material is as fleshy as it is silky. It is a champagne faithful to its grape variety in its purest expression.
Gourmets will not only be able to taste this champagne, but also serve it at the start of a meal. It will find its place with seafood, fish starters or cheeses.

Eye Pale gold with green shimmer, bubbles are wonderfully light, creamy and airy.
Nose Particularly fresh and fine, with aromas of fresh citrus fruits, white flowers and green tea, a herbaceous and alpine freshness with notes of lime, caramel, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Mouth Fleshy and silky material, nice balance, very drinkable, dense. Champagne faithful to the grape variety in its refreshing and salivating expression, with notes of spearmint which continually tickle the palate until the fine and long finish.
