An exceptional Coteaux Champenois, rare and distinctive, where Pinot Noir expresses itself with elegance.

Created in 2018, Marc Billiard’s Coteaux Champenois Rouge is a unique cuvée within the estate’s production. Made exclusively from Pinot Noir, this still wine is crafted with the same care as a fine Burgundy. After two years of ageing in oak barrels, it was bottled in 2020, revealing a subtle balance between fruit, structure, and refined oak.

The production was intentionally kept very limited, with only 220 numbered bottles, a testament to artisanal work and the will to create a wine of character, designed both for ageing and for immediate enjoyment.

Served slightly chilled (10–12 °C), it reveals aromas of red berries and gentle spices, with a supple, silky, and lingering palate.
