The Les Rocs cuvée highlights an atypical terroir: Avenay Val d’Or. Located between the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs, this village stands out for its chalky soils mixed with clay and its balanced exposure, producing Chardonnays of a unique style, richer than those from the south, yet retaining fine mineral tension.

From a single parcel and a single harvest, that of 2022 (vintage not stated on the label), this 100% Chardonnay cuvée precisely expresses the purity of this singular site. Aromas of white fruit, linden blossom, and brioche combine with a fresh, linear palate underpinned by delicate salinity.
