The 2018 vintage, 1st cru signed Godmé Sabine is an expressive champagne with aromas of cooked apples, apricot compote and undergrowth.
This champagne is made from a blend of Chardonnay (60%) and Pinot Noir (40%).
It has been aged for a minimum of 4 years in the cellar and dosed as Extra Brut (5 g/l) before being offered for tasting.
This 2018 vintage is an open champagne with a great expression. It will seduce you with its suppleness on the palate. The fruit and undergrowth aromas play and merge here with the tones of the great Chardonnays.
Without doubt one of the greatest achievements of Champagne Godmé Sabine!
A gastronomic vintage, which will happily accompany your aperitifs and your hot shellfish starters: hot oysters, cockles and scallops.
Aspect: fine and elegant cordon of fine bubbles.
Nose: open and expressive. Mature with notes of butter, cooked apples, apricot compote and undergrowth.
Palate: supple, easy and balanced. The fruit and undergrowth aromas play and merge with the tones of the Grands Chardonnays. The finish is long and crystal clear.
