This champagne is made from a blend of Pinot Noir (50%) and Chardonnay (50%).
It has been aged for 36 months in the cellar and dosed as Brut (7 g/l) before being offered to you for tasting.
It is a Rosé champagne both fresh and rich in aromas. You will be conquered by its dynamism as well as by its long and fruity finish.

Aspect: salmon pink.
Nose: deep and charming with notes of crushed raspberries and blackcurrant. The expression is harmonious and warm.
Palate: fresh, rich and dynamic. Well-balanced with a nice acidity. The body is supple. The finish is fruity, long and complex.
