The R-19 cuvée “Expression of a Year” by Godmé Sabine is a complex Champagne with remarkable length.

This Grand Cru Champagne from Verzenay and Verzy is made from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir.

A small part (2%) was vinified in oak barrels, and the wine was aged for 66 months in the cellar before release.

The low dosage (3 g/L) allows this Grand Cru to fully express the potential of its terroir. It offers great freshness on the palate. As it opens up, aromas of pastry and candied fruit quickly emerge.

A true terroir Champagne to enjoy now with friends or paired with a scallop tartare!
