Champagne Godmé Sabine - "Expression d''une année"
Vintage R-17 "Expression d'une année" by Godmé Sabine is a complex and long-lasting champagne.
This Grand Cru Champagne from Verzenay and Verzy is made from Chardonnay (60%) and Pinot Noir (40%).
It has been partially vinified in barrels (80% of the wines) and aged for 36 months in the cellar before being offered for tasting.
The low sugar content of this Grand Cru (5g/l) allows it to express the full potential of its terroir. It is a champagne of great freshness in the mouth. The aeration of this wine quickly reveals aromas of pastry and candied fruits.
A true champagne of the terroir to be savoured without delay with friends or to accompany a tartar of scallops!
Aspect: lemon yellow with a fine string of bubbles.
Nose: complex, rich and aromatic. When aired, notes of candied fruits and pastries appear.
Palate: this champagne retains a clean, structured freshness that reveals a beautiful length of dry fruit. A harmonious and long finish.
