The cuvée Hommage 2017 cuvée signed Christian Naudé is a daring champagne which showcases the full potential of Pinot Meunier. This 100% Pinot Meunier blanc de noirs cuvée, designed by Geoffroy Naudé, highlights the aromatic richness of this emblematic grape of the Marne valley.
The grapes come from old vines over 50 years old, giving a much lower yield, but imparting unique aromas to the grapes. These vines are planted on calcareous clay soils, typical of the Marne valley, which can be found through the bright fruit and the beautiful power of the Hommage cuvée.
The finesse and the extreme quality of these juices is highlighted by a sugar dosage of 0 g / l.
The result is a Brut Nature champagne, elegantly combining the beautiful acidity and freshness of citrus fruits with notes of hazelnut and liquorice characteristic of aging in the cellar.
Hand-tied and sealed with wax, this 2017 vintage will be a magnificent gift for wine lovers looking for champagnes expressing the full potential of their terroir.
Geoffroy Naudé signs here a champagne of great purity to reserve for a public of initiates.
Aspect: pale lemon yellow.
