Éminence is the flagship of Christian Naudé champagnes. It is characterized by its very good maturity.
This extra Brut champagne (5,8 g/L) will be the perfect companion for your savory aperitifs.
It is made from 1/3 Pinot Meunier, 1/3 Pinot Noir and 1/3 Chardonnay, exclusively from the 2017 harvest.
All the grapes used in the composition of this champagne come from the Marne valley, where Maison Christian Naudé is located.
A very beautiful cuvée to be tasted immediately or left to age for a few more years.
Aspect: gold color, fluid bubbles of great finesse, persistent cord.
Nose: a fairly complex nose, of brioche, honey, spices, we find dried apricots, grilled almonds with a nice finesse of evolution.
Palate: the mouth is quite bright, with a rather airy bubble, which gives a nice lightness to the mouth with a quite energetic finish.
Contains sulfites

Located in the heart of the Marne Valley, Christian Naudé champagne stands out because of its constant concern for soil preservation and the quality of its grapes.
For 5 generations, this House of harvesters has been making blancs de noir champagnes from the Charly sur Marne hillsides. Harvesters since the 1980s, this House perfectly represents the know-how of Champagne's independent winegrowers.
