Chardonnay is not the grape variety that made the Marne Valley famous, but when you taste this 100% Chardonnay by Christian Naudé, you wonder why not!
Our winemaker presents a great Blanc de Blancs champagne (100% Chardonnay) with this non-vintage (year not mentioned on the label). Like all vintages made in Champagne, this cuvée is only produced in great years. It's enough to make your mouth water.
This Chardonnay from the Marne Valley is more generous on the palate than its cousin from the Côte des Blancs and will surprise you with the richness of its aromas. The exuberance of the grape variety quickly gives way to a range of flavors typical of oak barrel aging (brioche, candied citrus fruits). For tasting, we recommend this warm champagne for all your finest aperitifs. Gourmets can pair it with seafood, fish, or create pairings as their imagination dictates.
