A rosé made using solera, rare in Champagne, structured, saline and crafted for the table.

Soléra RP-Rosé from Champagne Robert Allait is a singular expression.
In Champagne, the solera method is already rare. Applied to a rosé, it is even rarer. Here, the estate follows the perpetual reserve principle: each year, part of the wine is retained and enriched with the next harvest. The result is a deeper, more complex wine that gains refinement over time.

The blend is built around a majority of Chardonnay, bringing tension and precision, complemented by Pinot Noir vinified as red wine, adding colour, dimension and aromatic intensity.

Vinification combines 60% stainless steel to preserve precision and 40% oak barrels to add texture and structure. The absence of malolactic fermentation maintains freshness and energy. The Extra-Brut dosage is perfectly integrated, resulting in a precise and focused Champagne.

This is not a light aperitif rosé.
It is a gastronomic rosé.
Saline, structured and capable of accompanying demanding cuisine.

Produced in limited quantities, each bottle is numbered. The solera, built since 2017, gains complexity with every release.

A Champagne for informed enthusiasts seeking something beyond a classic rosé.
