Robert Allais offers us here an intense, fine, harmonious Brut (8 g/L) rosé, rich in fruity aromas, a vintage of delicacy and gastronomy!

The simple and delicious pleasure of a great rosé de saignée that leaves a lasting impression.

Aspect: The foam, made up of fine bubbles, forms a large bead against the parison of the glass. The excitement is active. The color is a pretty deep and bright cherry pink. The wine is crystal clear.

Nose: The first nose expresses all the deliciousness of this wine. An intense fruitiness opens with pretty notes of small fresh red fruits (strawberry, raspberry). In the finish, a floral touch.

Palate: The fruit perceived on the nose is fully expressed on the palate. The attack is supple and tangy, combining aromas of red fruits with syrup and a touch of confectionery. The palate has a nice length and ends with a sensation of freshness.

Created in 1890, the Robert Allais Champagne House has always been a family-shared passion. 5 generations of winegrowers have succeeded each other at the head of the estate with a single concern: the respect for the Champagne tradition and its terroir.
