Sélection de Terroir is a unique cuvée, with only 480 bottles produced. Selected by Sébastien, our buyer since the early days of Champagne Terroir, and crafted by one of our partner winemakers, it reflects everything we love about Champagne.

A fruity, fresh and generous Champagne, the kind of bottle you open without hesitation, that everyone enjoys, and that often disappears faster than expected.

A cuvée that perfectly embodies our philosophy: offering grower Champagnes that are approachable, sincere, and always deliver true value for money.

Our cuvée, exclusively selected by Champagne Terroir

This cuvée was born from a simple idea: to offer a bottle that truly reflects what we love to drink.

For more than 10 years, we have been exploring Champagne in search of the very best from independent growers. Over time, through countless meetings and tastings, certain truths have emerged. There are Champagnes we appreciate… and others that become our go-to bottles, the ones we open more easily, share without thinking, and naturally come back to.

It is in this spirit that this Sélection de Terroir was created.
A bottle that feels just as at home as an aperitif as it does at the table, with the ability to please immediately without ever becoming tiring.

Here, you find everything we expect from a Blanc de Noirs: fruit, roundness, freshness, and that balance which makes it truly enjoyable from the first glass to the last.

Above all, this is a bottle that fulfills its role perfectly: creating a simple, convivial and successful moment.

With this in mind, we selected this Champagne from the range of Philippe Fays, a grower from the Côte des Bar with whom we have been working for several years. With Laurence and Philippe, we find exactly what we were looking for in this first Champagne Terroir selection: wines that are honest, consistent and always focused on pleasure.

Sélection de Terroir fully embodies our approach: offering grower Champagnes that are approachable, sincere, and always deliver true value for money.

Celles-Sur-Ource - Côte des Bars

Champagne Philippe Fays

A journey into the southern Champagne region with this Côte des Bar winegrower.

The village of Celles-sur-Ource is home to Philippe Fays' vineyards, where he grows and turn into wine grape varieties so emblematic of his terroir. Among them, the Chardonnay, along with the region's emblematic Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc, an endemic variety that brings a distinctive touch to the blends.

What's the house style?

Malolactic fermentation on all cuvées, helping to soften the wine's natural acidity for softer, rounder aromas throughout tasting.
