Produced from a single harvest, this 100% Pinot Gris Blanc de Noirs is vinified without reserve wines in order to preserve the pure identity of both the vintage and the grape variety. Malolactic fermentation is carried out, followed by four years of ageing, allowing the wine to gain complexity while maintaining beautiful freshness.

With Brut dosage, this cuvée stands out for its unexpected aromatic profile, at once fresh, spicy and energetic. It is a tasting Champagne that intrigues and challenges expectations, intended for curious enthusiasts and informed comparisons.
