This Blanc de blancs signed by Sébastien Daviaux is a champagne of superb freshness punctuated by citrus aromas.
It is blended from Chardonnay from Chouilly (80%) and Cramant (20%).

Vinified in stainless steel vats in order to preserve all the purity of its aromas, this champagne was then aged for 30 months in the cellar before being offered to you for tasting.

This Blanc de blancs Extra-Brut is very powerful and will surprise you with its citrus and green apple aromas.

Champagne Daviaux Sebastien

Direction Chouilly and Cramant with this independent winegrowers' house. Here, Chardonnay is king, and this, for our greatest pleasure!
Sébastien Daviaux, who comes from four generations of winemakers, took over the family business in 2014.
Since then, he has been producing a confidential range of Grand Cru champagnes of the highest quality!
