Robert Allait Champagne - Prestige (Magnum)
A fresh and gourmet champagne that will perfectly accompany your fish dishes or aperitifs.
This raw champagne (10 g/l sugar), is aged in the family's cellar for 36 months in order to give the wine its peak taste.
The Prestige cuvee by Robert Allait is made from the 3 great Champagne grape varieties (50% Pinot Meunier, 35% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir).
The elegant combination of the 3 Champagne grape varieties makes this cuvee a balanced and fine wine with a wide variety of flavors.
Should ideally be served between 6 and 8°.

Nose: Elegant, fruity, aromas of white flowers

About the Robert Allait champagne.
The Allait family has been established in the heart of the Marne Valley for 5 generations now. The vines of the House extend over a few hectares spread over several communes. This reach of Robert Allait’s champagne vines allows this House of independent winegrowers to have a very wide range of aromas when blending their champagne. Additionally, the Allait family cultivates the 3 great Champagne grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. The marriage of these grape varieties offer infinite possibilities that the champagne cellar master Robert Allait explores over the seasons. Aware of the richness of its terroir, this family House has been committed to sustainable viticulture for several years now. This commitment involves the concrete implementation of new solutions guided by the technical support of the two major labels, the HEV (High Environmental Value) and Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne. These two certifications not only attest to the past commitments of these winegrowers to their environment, but also constitute a strict set of rules to be observed on a daily basis. By adopting biodynamic champagne production methods, Robert Allait is contributing to the return of a symbiosis between plant and animal life in Champagne.
