For lovers of rosé champagnes bursting with fruit and freshness.
This rosé combines the finesse of Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs (90%) and the power of Pinot Noir from the Reims Mountain (10% Verzenay).
The malolactic fermentation carried out partially on the Chardonnays (50%) softens this cuvée and gives it a perfect balance between freshness and structure.
A slight ageing period of 18 to 30 months allows the perfect symbiosis of the aromas of this champagne to be achieved, which is both exuberant with notes of red fruit and structured by a beautiful acidity and a natural minerality.
An unexpected rosé for this Blancs terroir!
