First representative of the house, this fresh and fruity cuvée is typically champenoise.
This is a special occasion for this Côte des Blancs house which signs a blend of the three great Champagne grape varieties. The freshness and minerality of the Chardonnay from the Côte (50%) are combined here with the fruit and structure of the Pinots from the Marne Valley (25%) and the Reims Mountain (25%).
This aromatic richness is carried on the palate by a light Extra Brut dosage (5 g/l) which is balanced by 24 to 36 months of cellar ageing.
A lively and light champagne to be reserved for your aperitifs.
