Hervé Dubois signs here a gastronomic wine, delicate and mineral.

This 100% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs is blended from a selection of the family's Grand Cru terroirs (Avize, Oger, Cramant).

True to its terroir, this Blanc de Blancs champagne combines delicacy, intensity and freshness.

The malolactic fermentation, partially carried out (50%), softens it and gives it a perfect balance between freshness and structure.

The typical aromas of Chardonnay - delicate minerality, citrus flavours, floral touches - are supported by an extra brut dosage (5 g/l) and a minimum of 4 years of ageing in the cellar.

A pure terroir champagne!
