This vintage is a supple and complex champagne.

It is made from a blend of Pinot Noir (60%) and Chardonnay (40%).

The Pinot grapes come from the vineyards of Bisseuil (1er cru) and Aÿ (grand cru).

The Chardonnay comes from the famous villages of Oger (grand cru) and Pierry (1er cru).

This very beautiful 2014 vintage has been brought to its aromatic peak by our winemaker and is ready to be tasted. Its extra brut dosage (5 g/l) makes it a fresh and expressive champagne with fruit notes.

An ideal vintage for your aperitifs and your moments of conviviality between champagne lovers.

Aspect: golden enhanced by a long bead of fine bubbles.

Nose: generous with light notes of toast and butter.

Palate: supple and delicately complex giving way to a nice roundness. Creamy and melted effervescence. Fruity and fresh aromatic expression with light toasted notes.

The history of Champagne Bonvalet

Champagne Bonvalet was born from the somewhat crazy dream of creating its own Champagne house from scratch.

In 2012, Guillaume Bonvalet embarked on the adventure and gave birth to his very first cuvée, the Brut Suprême. This micro-production of 2,000 bottles has become the foundation on which this estate was built, invented by the passion of one man.

Today, Champagne Bonvalet has become a must in Champagne, even obtaining the privilege of being the last estate to have received the prestigious title of Maison de Champagne.
