Bonvalet presents the return of one of its historical cuvées.
Conceived in 2016, this blend stands out in the House's range as the exact opposite of the Brut Suprême. The grape varieties remain the same, but the proportions are reversed to create a champagne with contrasting aromas. Chardonnay that seems to dominate in this fruity and floral champagne, occasionally revealing hints of minerality.
A must-have for aperitifs.

Champagne Bonvalet was born from the somewhat crazy dream of creating its own Champagne house from scratch.
In 2012, Guillaume Bonvalet embarked on the adventure and gave birth to his very first cuvée, the Brut Suprême. This micro-production of 2,000 bottles has become the foundation on which this estate was built, invented by the passion of one man.
Today, Champagne Bonvalet has become a must in Champagne, even obtaining the privilege of being the last estate to have received the prestigious title of Maison de Champagne.
