The Kosmos cuvée is a fine and generous champagne.

It is made from a blend of Chardonnay (100%).
The Chardonnay comes from the Premier Cru parcels of Grauves, in the Côte des Blancs and Oger.

The Kosmos signed Bonvalet is a generous champagne with fresh and fruity aromas. It was aged 36 months in the cellar, which makes it a supple and round champagne on the palate. It opens with a nice minerality on the finish.
The aromatic expression of this wine is perfectly balanced by its Brut dosage which accentuates its silky character.
This fine and elegant cuvée will be perfect as an aperitif or to accompany your shellfish and seafood dishes.

Champagne Bonvalet was born from the somewhat crazy dream of creating its own Champagne house from scratch.

In 2012, Guillaume Bonvalet embarked on the adventure and gave birth to his very first cuvée, the Brut Suprême. This micro-production of 2,000 bottles has become the foundation on which this estate was built, invented by the passion of one single man.
