The Extra Brut Épopée cuvée is a frank and generous champagne.

It is made from a blend of Pinot Meunier (45%), Pinot Noir (25%) and Chardonnay (30%).

The Pinot Noir grapes come from the Premier Cru vineyards of Bisseuil, Bragelone-Beauvoir (near Les Riceys) and Saulcy.

The Chardonnay grapes come from the Premier Cru vineyards of Grauves in the Côte des Blancs.

The Meunier is carefully selected in Pierry and on the slopes of Épernay.

The Épopée signed Bonvalet has been aged for 24 months in the cellar. It is therefore a young and generous champagne with fruity aromas. Its sugar dosage of 5 g/l makes it a supple and tonic champagne. On the palate, it is warm and releases light mineral notes.

This light and gourmet champagne is ideal to accompany you during your aperitifs. It will surely seduce all your guests!

Aspect: deep golden robe, sign of a beautiful freshness and enhanced by a long bead of fine bubbles.

Nose: generous and young, it gives off fruity aromas.

Palate: supple and tonic, the beautiful effervescence gives way to a rounded wine. it gives off aromas of fleshy green apples.

The history of Champagne Bonvalet

Champagne Bonvalet was born from the somewhat crazy dream of creating its own Champagne house from scratch.

In 2012, Guillaume Bonvalet embarked on the adventure and gave birth to his very first cuvée, the Brut Suprême. This micro-production of 2,000 bottles has become the foundation on which this estate was built, invented by the passion of one man.

Today, Champagne Bonvalet has become a must in Champagne, even obtaining the privilege of being the last estate to have received the prestigious title of Maison de Champagne.
