The Rosé Marpésia signed Bonvalet is a gourmet and modern champagne.

It is made from a blend of Chardonnay (75%), Pinot Noir (10%) and red wine from the Champagne hillsides (15%).

The Pinot Noir grapes are harvested from plots located in Les Riceys and in the Marne Valley (Premier Cru). The Chardonnay comes from Premier Cru vines in the Côte des Blancs and the Coteaux Champenois from Grand Cru plots in the Montagne de Reims.

Rosé Marpésia Bonvalet is a floral and fruity Brut (10g/l) champagne. In the mouth, it reveals a round and melted attack for a perfect balance between harmony and greed. A rosé champagne, elegant and modern!

This rosé is ideal for your aperitifs accompanied by salty-sweet appetizers or to accompany a gourmet dessert, but not very sweet.

To be tasted imperatively between 8 and 10°.

Aspect: rose petal color, delicate and fresh, enhanced by a long cord of fast and agile bubbles.

Nose: fruity, floral and greedy. Scents of raspberries and marshmallows.

Palate: round and melted attack. Nice balance between harmony and greed which reveals pleasant aromas of strawberry and cherry.

The history of Champagne Bonvalet

Champagne Bonvalet was born from the somewhat crazy dream of creating its own Champagne house from scratch.

In 2012, Guillaume Bonvalet embarked on the adventure and gave birth to his very first cuvée, the Brut Suprême. This micro-production of 2,000 bottles has become the foundation on which this estate was built, invented by the passion of one man.

Today, Champagne Bonvalet has become a must in Champagne, even obtaining the privilege of being the last estate to have received the prestigious title of Maison de Champagne.
