The Rosé Marpésia signed Bonvalet is a gourmet and modern champagne.

It is made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and red wine from the Champagne hillsides.
The Pinot Noir grapes are harvested from plots located in Les Riceys and in the Marne Valley (Premier Cru). The Chardonnay comes from Premier Cru vines in the Côte des Blancs and the Coteaux Champenois from Grand Cru plots in the Montagne de Reims.

Rosé Marpésia Bonvalet is a floral and fruity Brut champagne. In the mouth, it reveals a round and melted attack for a perfect balance between harmony and greed. A rosé champagne, elegant and modern!

This rosé is ideal for your aperitifs accompanied by salty-sweet appetizers or to accompany a gourmet dessert, but not very sweet.
To be tasted imperatively between 8 and 10°.

Champagne Bonvalet

Champagne Bonvalet was born from the somewhat crazy dream of creating its own Champagne house from scratch.

In 2012, Guillaume Bonvalet embarked on the adventure and gave birth to his very first cuvée, the Brut Suprême. This micro-production of 2,000 bottles has become the foundation on which this estate was built, invented by the passion of one single man.
