Champagne Bernard Robert - Blanc de Blancs

Description
Tasting

This blanc de blancs, signed Bernard Robert, is a fine and delicate champagne.

It is made from a blend of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Blanc (a very rare variety in Champagne).

This brut champagne (8 g/l) aged at least 2 years in the cellar. It is a fruity and floral wine which differs from other Blanc de Blancs (usually 100% Chardonnay) through the elegance brought by the Pinot Blanc.

This cuvée was awarded many times for its quality and its unique typicity.

A splendid aperitif champagne!

We also recommend this Blanc de Blancs with seafood, fine fish cooked in foil, or served with fine and delicate dishes.

Aspect: bright, light gold with green highlights.

Nose: fruity and floral, delicate and elegant (white flowers).

Palate: beautiful harmony with subtle and fresh aromas.

Contains sulfites

Il pinot bianco conferisce morbidezza, quindi uno champagne perfetto per chi vuole avvicinarsi a questo mondo.

About champagne Bernard Robert

This family house is located in the least known terroir of Champagne: the Côte des Bar. This region, which borders on Burgundy, is renowned for the very high quality of its Pinot Noirs.

The champagnes produced by the Bernard Robert family stand out not only due to the typicality of their aromas, but also the subtle use of an extremely rare grape variety in Champagne: Pinot Blanc.
