This rosé signed Bernard Robert is a greedy and frank champagne.
It is made from a blend of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir.
This delightful champagne was aged for 24 months in the cellar before being offered to you for tasting. Its raw sugar content (9 g/l) makes it a supple and well-rounded wine.
A truly pleasurable champagne, it develops beautiful notes of red fruits.
An essential for summer!
We recommend it as an aperitif, but also as part of a meal with fine charcuterie, grilled meats, light game or exotic sweet and sour dishes. At the end of the meal, we recommend that you reserve it for fresh fruit desserts, such as a strawberry or raspberry charlotte.
Aspect: ruby red, sparkling.
Nose: long fruity (small red fruits), well-rounded, greedy and frank.
Palate: ample, harmonious, supple.
Contains sulfites

This family house is located in the least known terroir of Champagne: the Côte des Bar. This region, which borders on Burgundy, is renowned for the very high quality of its Pinot Noirs.
The champagnes produced by the Bernard Robert family stand out not only due to the typicality of their aromas, but also the subtle use of an extremely rare grape variety in Champagne: Pinot Blanc.
