Obtained by maceration, the Sourdet Diot rosé is made from a blend of 60% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay and 10% Champagne hillsides (50% Pinot Noir and 50% Pinot Meunier)
The red wine, also called "Coteaux Champenois", is vinified in oak barrels for 2 years, giving it a unique aroma.
The grapes come from the 2015 and 2016 harvests.
