A very fine macerated rosé, where the sweetness of the fruit stretches out over a delicately woody texture.

The Sourdet Diot Rosé Champagne is characterized by its fine bubbles and soft finish.

Obtained by maceration, the Sourdet Diot rosé is made from a blend of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Champagne hillsides (Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier).
The red wine, also called "Coteaux Champenois", is vinified in oak barrels for 2 years, giving it a unique aroma.

Champagne Sourdet Diot

The origins of the Sourdet Diot House, located in the village of La Chapelle-Monthodon, date back to the 1960s. At that time, the family sold all their grapes to other famous Houses in Champagne.
It was only in 1980 that Patrick and Nadine Sourdet decided to develop and bottle their own champagne. From then on, the Sourdet Diot House used the entirety of its harvest to assemble its champagnes, earning it the title of Handling Harvesting Winemaker.
Today, Patrick and Damien work together to make Sourdet Diot champagnes.
