The Tradition Sourdet Diot cuvee is a typical champagne of the Marne Valley composed of the 3 main Champagne grape varieties: Pinot Meunier (80%), Chardonnay (15%) & Pinot Noir (5%).
This blended champagne is a perfectly balanced wine with a fruity touch.
It is an ideal champagne for an aperitif or at the beginning of a meal.
Aspect: shiny golden, awakened by a lively effervescence.
Nose: the freshness surprises on the nose, with its notes of lemon, verbena and acacia. The fruit is expressed by touches of redcurrant and white fruits.
Palate: we are struck by the contrast between the bright youth of the fruit and the complexity of the maturation notes: initially subtle, the wine becomes more expressive over the length.

The Sourdet Diot House has been established in the village of La Chapelle-Monthodon since the 1960s. At that time, the family sold all their grapes to famous names in Champagne.
It was in 1980 that Patrick and Nadine Sourdet decided to develop and bottle their own Champagne. Nowadays, the Sourdet Diot House dedicates the entirety of its harvest to the blending of its Champagnes, earning the House the title of Harvest Manipulating Winemaker.
Today, Patrick and Damien jointly produce the Sourdet Diot Champagnes.
