The freshness surprises on the nose, with its notes of lemon, verbena and acacia. The fruit is expressed by touches of redcurrant and white fruits.

We are struck by the contrast between the bright youth of the fruit and the complexity of the maturation notes: initially subtle, the wine becomes more expressive over the length.

Champagne Sourdet Diot

The origins of the Sourdet Diot House, located in the village of La Chapelle-Monthodon, date back to the 1960s. At that time, the family sold all their grapes to other famous Houses in Champagne.
It was only in 1980 that Patrick and Nadine Sourdet decided to develop and bottle their own champagne. From then on, the Sourdet Diot House used the entirety of its harvest to assemble its champagnes, earning it the title of Handling Harvesting Winemaker.
Today, Patrick and Damien work together to make Sourdet Diot champagnes.
