The Brut Nature cuvee of the Sourdet Diot House has a low dosage (3g per liter). This allows the aromatic bouquet of Pinot Meunier to express itself fully.
The 100% Pinot Meunier blend of this fruity champagne is a beautiful representation of the marl valley.
Perfect to serve as an aperitif, very fresh, accompanied by slightly salted biscuits.
Aspect: light golden color, fine and active effervescence.
Nose: opens with notes of acacia and hawthorn then offers notes of ripe autumn fruit, underlined by accents of hazelnut and brioche.
Palate: the balance between fruity roundness and freshness makes all the charm of the palate. The finish is clean, lively, mineral. Particularly low in dosage, this wine offers the character of the miller in all its fullness.

When it was founded in 1960, the Sourdet Diot House sold all its harvests to the big Champagne Houses. In 1980, Patrick and Nadine Sourdet decided to make their own Champagne for the first time.
Since then, all the harvests have been used to make the family's champagnes.
Cultivating a love of the Champagne vineyards and their traditions, the Sourdet Diot family has been able to modernize under the impetus of their daughter Ludivine and her husband Damien.
. Today, they are proud to produce their own champagne. The Sourdet Diot Champagne has joined the Independent Winegrowers label, a group of producers that guarantees quality wine to their customers.
