The red coteaux champenois signed Sadi Malot is a still wine with red fruit notes.
The coteaux champenois are non-sparkling wines, traditionally produced in the Champagne region. They are produced in very small quantities by rare wine growers.
This cuvée is vinified from Pinot Noir Grand Cru from the Verzy village. It benefits from an exceptional aging of 2 years in oak barrels, which is quite rare for a Champagne coteaux.
Elaborated from a Burgundian winemaking method, this red Coteaux unveils yet another expression of the very Champagne estate Sadi Malot. This very high-class wine is also used by the family in the blending of its rosé champagnes.
Characterized by red fruit notes, this still wine is ideal with white meats.
A perfect example of our Champagne winemakers' extensive know-how!
Aspect: dressed in a moderately colored dress.
