This Blanc de blancs Grand Cru is a champagne full of freshness and minerality.

It combines the tension and minerality of Chardonnays from Mesnil-sur-Oger with the roundness and amplitude brought by the terroirs of Chouilly and Cramant. The imprint of these exceptional terroirs is complemented by the great finesse of Chardonnays from Avize.

Malolactic fermentation was blocked for 50% of the wines composing this champagne to bring tension and energy. This non-dosage Grand Cru highlights the expression of the chalky minerality of a Blanc de blancs champagne.
