This cuvee named Œil de Perdrix is particularly fruity. It offers a slightly sweet dosage that will delight you as an aperitif or served with a dessert of fresh fruit.

To make this cuvee, the Drouilly LV uses a winemaking technique called bleeding which consists in letting the clear juice macerate with the skins so that they give the wine the desired rosé color. This technique, rarely used in Champagne, is nevertheless a guarantee of quality.

This Rosé Champagne "Œil de Perdrix" Drouilly LV has an Extra-Dry dosage, so it is slightly sweeter than a Champagne Brut, which makes it very pleasant.
